Cali: The Final Push!

One of the nights we were in California we went to a Medieval Times dinner.
It was super fun for the kiddos, especially since Lil' Man had studied Medieval Times in school a couple months before.
Our knight tossed a flower to Bella and we caught it! :)
After our entertaining dinner the night before we woke up for our final day at Disneyland.
A very sweet lady offered to take a picture of our family and, while I was reluctant to hand over my camera, I thought it would be nice to have one of all of us on our last day...

Oops. She missed the focus just a little bit. :) At least you can tell I was there! :)
Miss B and I stood in a short line to meet Arial, who was VERY sweet and beautiful!
This was our last time riding Big Thunder Mountain...

This is about as close as we got to any rides at California Adventure...the lines were SO long!
One thing we LOVED at California Adventure was the Bug's Land area.
A lot of the rides were for little kids but we decided to check out the 3D movie "It's Tough to Be a Bug" and it ended up being another trip highlight for us. We loved it so much we went back and watched a second time! It was SOOOOO fun and unexpected!

Here are my boys with their 3D glasses on...
This next picture is for our stickbug-loving friends, the Chuppies...
The line for the Monster's Inc. ride was kinda long but it ended up being SO FUN!
We decided to hang around California Adventure to see the World of Color show.
There were SO MANY PEOPLE and the wait was loooong.
The kids did great but we decided we liked the Fantasmic show at Disneyland much better!!
This is just a small glimpse of all the people waiting to see the show...
On our way home from Disneyland we stopped over and spent the night with the Simning Family...we hadn't seen them since our wedding so it was super fun to catch up!!

It was such an amazing vacation!! We had a blast and made so many memories!!

Hi Kim! I LOVED reading about your trip ~ when we took the boys a couple of years ago it was SUCH an amazing time and your posts made me tear up a little thinking back to their excitement - we CAN NOT WAIT to go back! Hope you guys are doing great!
