Meet Lisa, my BFF. Isn't she darling? She totally rocks.
She is so awesome, in fact, that yesterday she received an award from the Fire Bureau where her hubby is a rock star firefighter. I'm not totally sure, but I think the award was given for "Most Awesome Lady Ever" or something like that.
Anyway...I know Lisa was so excited to see her hubby all dressed up in his uniform for the awards ceremony so I dropped by to take a few pictures before they left. Doesn't he look handsome?
Words can't describe how much I love and adore this family. Lisa is a beautiful, godly example of a loving wife / mother / sister / daughter / friend. Lisa, I am SOOOOOO thankful for you!!

You always make me cry! I'll never live up to your kind and generous words. I think I need an award for picking the best friend EVER! Thank you for dropping everything to document, yet another special evening. Your self-less approach to life is inspiring and I feel as though you are "the wind beneath my wings..." always helping and lookinng out for me and my family and capturing the tiniest of milestones into memories...beautifully documented through the eyes of a friend who loves me despite the nasty flaws.
