Today was daddy's birthday! Happy Birthday to the BEST DADDY in the WHOLE WORLD!!! We hope you had a fun day!
We started off the morning with the kiddos helping daddy open his presents in bed, then we had "sticky bottom's" for breakfast. (AKA Sticky Buns/Monkey Bread but my little gal started calling them "Sticky Bottom's" this morning and we thought it was hilarious!) Daddy got a Wii for his birthday so we pulled it out after breakfast and the kids had to get in on the action...let me tell you, it was pretty funny...
Both the kids made this really dramatic sound every time they swung the controller. Funny stuff...
Anyway, after all the Wii fun we loaded up and headed to the movies where we saw "Horton Hears a Who." It was such a great movie - we HIGHLY recommend it if you haven't seen it already! The kids did pretty well through the whole thing - thank goodness it was only an hour and 1/2! We had an awesome dinner and dessert - the kiddos helped me put sprinkles and candles on the cake and then helped daddy blow them out - it was a perfect day!!!

Oh man, that one of B and B nose to nose is an award winner! And that cake looks delish!! Feel free to bring any leftovers right on down this weekend... ;0) Happy B-Day, cuz!!!
He IS a good daddy to my grandkids and I am SOOO appreciative!
